The unique characteristics of our wines are the result of the distinctive charac ter of the land upon which the vine yards grow, and of the microclimate of cool nights generated by the three drai nage basins. This balances the grapes' acidity during the ripening period. The altitude of its valleys and mountains (750 - 850 metres) also contributes to the wines' character.

The grapes are harvested selectively, at times of the day in which the temperature is at its lowest. Our wines are produced selectively and meticulously, resulting in high quality wines for their crianza or ageing period.

The varieties on the plantation allow our technical team to obtain the extraordinary wines both varietals and blends that we offer under the labels VULCANUS - MAAR DE CERVERA - 1758 SELECCIÓN - POKER de TEMPRANILLOS.
