The most important notes of this great wine can be highlighted as:

High layer cherry red color. Burgundy trim with brick tones and some tile wanting to appear. Dense and slow tears.

Large game, Iberian, old cheeses, legumes.

In order for the wine to retain its original characteristics and evolve positively, it must be kept at a temperature between 13ºC and 18ºC, protected from light and humidity. Do not expose to high temperatures, sunlight or intense light (shop windows or shelves unless they are properly air-conditioned and conditioned).
