Winery Pago del Vicario
This winery opened in 2005 and sells its wines under the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla denomination.
Located in Las Casas.
They also have a Tourist Complex with hotel, restaurant, winery and its own vineyard where wine lovers can enjoy a great experience.
It has an extension of 130 hectares.
They have different varieties of vines:
For red wines: Tempranillo, Garnacha tintorera, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot Graciano.
For white wines: Chardonnay and Sauvignon.
Winery Real
This winery is located in Campo de Montiel. It is owned by the Barroso family and was inaugurated in 1989.
They also offer guided tours where you can visit the vineyards and, of course, take part in wine tastings. They have a large restaurant and a hotel at your disposal.
Their Vega Ibor label wines in 2009 won the award for Best Red Wine. They also have another well-known red wine variety, Finca Marisánchez Roble. If we look at their white wines, we find Moscatel and Finca Marisánchez Chardonnay.
They also produce rum and cava.
Winery Encomienda de Cervera
We are fortunate to be one of the best national wineries, we are also known for offering wines and oils of volcanic origin.
We are located in the volcanic massif of Campo de Calatrava, in the municipality of Almagro.
We already have three centuries of history.
For lovers of wine tourism experiences we are the ideal place as we offer 5 different experiences, you can visit our incredible volcanoes, Maar de la Hoya de Cervera and the Strombolian volcano of La Hiniesta, then you can learn how we produce our oils and wines in the oil mill, then relax with a walk through our gardens that will leave you in perfect condition for a visit to our winery and finish with a wonderful tasting of our wines and olive oils of volcanic origin.
We have different varieties of wines, which you can buy in our wine shop:
Red wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Graciano, Merlot, Petit Verdoth, Syrah.
White wines: Airén, Albariño, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo.
La Bodega de las Estrellas
This 200 year old winery is now in its fourth generation. They boast of organic property and store their wines in centenary earthenware jars, which gives the wine a very characteristic flavour.
During the visit to the winery you can visit a cave excavated entirely by hand, 9 metres deep, which is dedicated to the ageing of the wine.
