The most important notes of this great wine can be highlighted as:

• Appearance: Cherry red color with evolved rim of brick.
• Aroma: Wine that due to its very long oxidative aging shows a tremendous aromatic complexity. Ripe red fruits and spices. Memories of chocolate, liquorice, sacristy wood, coffee, tobacco, caramel, fig bread ... Finally, notes of pastry and mocha emerge that provide a feeling of kindness.
• Taste: Great personality on the palate with a remarkable power from the first contact. Balanced and unctuous when sliding due to its light sweet character. An explosion of aromas and flavors with hints of fig jam and a length that makes it an eternal wine.

It is an ideal wine to drink with snacks such as cheese and foie grass. It also goes very well with desserts and dishes with a sweet touch. Its aftertaste a fig jam and caramel, invites you to accompany a brownie, cookies, cakes, nougat ice cream or cheesecake.

For the wine to retain its original characteristics and evolve positively, it must be stored at a temperature between 12ºC and 18ºC, protected from light and humidity. Do not expose to high temperatures, sun rays or intense light (shop windows or shelves unless they are properly heated and conditioned).

Ideal consumption temperature: Between 17º and 20 °C
