Exclusive experience in Encomienda de Cervera🍷 Your adventure begins with a personalised welcome and, after a brief introduction, we will head to the Volcán Maar de la Hoya de Cervera, where the guide will explain the volcanism of the area and the estate. We will continue along the route through our Organic Plantations and make a first stop at a Wooden Cabin, where you can relax and enjoy a first olive oil tasting surrounded by tranquillity. We continue to a second Cabin, a viewpoint offering panoramic views of the entire volcanic landscape. Next, we will visit our Underground Winery, a historic space underground where you will discover how our wines are preserved and aged under natural temperature and humidity conditions, maintaining their unique quality and character. The next stop is the Volcanic Grotto, an exclusive access point inside a strombolian eruption volcano at 750 metres above sea level. Here you will enjoy a unique tasting in an impressive and history-filled setting. You will be amazed by our Stone Olive Mill from 1941, carefully restored, where you will learn about traditional olive oil production methods. Afterwards, we will take you to the winery, a space where grapes and wine meet in a magical process. You will explore the 1927 Concrete Vat Winery and the Barrel Room. The experience ends in our 17th-century Courtyard, inspired by the Corral de Comedias in Almagro. Finally, we will enjoy a final tasting of wine and olive oil with delicious local appetisers.
